Sometimes it takes an outsider to really understand what makes your organization or product special, and to describe it in a way that makes it come alive to your readers.  But you also want a writer who understands your organization well enough to incorporate your key messages and stay true to your brand.

That's me. I'm a quick study who will learn as much as I can about your organization to make sure any writing I do reflects your brand, follows your style guide, and is consistent with what you've said in other materials.  But it's also my role to be a stand-in for your customers, clients, or prospects, and to suggest more understandable language or additional information on their behalf.  In the end, you get the best of both worlds: copy that's just what you wanted to say and just what your customers wanted to hear.
